At Evrtest, we believe in transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our educational platform.
Payment Processing Notice: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All billing and financial data is securely processed and stored by Paddle; Evrtest does not store your credit card information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a high-quality learning experience:
- Account Data: Your email address, name, and login credentials.
- Voice and Audio Data: When you use our pronunciation and speaking modules, we record your voice input to provide immediate feedback.
- Usage Data: Information about which test modules you complete and your performance scores to track your progress.
2. How We Use Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Evrtest relies on third-party AI sub-processors to analyze your answers and speech.
- Third-Party Processors: We utilize OpenAI (Whisper) for speech-to-text transcription and Google (Gemini) for logic and reading analysis.
- Data Protection: Your audio and text inputs are processed in real-time via secure API connections.
- No AI Training: We strictly prohibit our third-party AI providers from using your personal voice data or text submissions to train their foundational AI models.
3. Data Storage and Retention
We believe in data minimization. Raw audio files are stored temporarily for processing and are deleted shortly after your feedback report is generated, unless you explicitly save them to your profile history. Your performance data and account information are retained as long as your account is active.
4. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your Evrtest account and all associated test data, you can do so from your user dashboard or by contacting our support team.
