Refund Policy

Our goal is to help you invest in experience, not memory. We want you to be completely satisfied with the logic training and speech analysis provided by Evrtest. However, because our service utilizes advanced, third-party Artificial Intelligence (Whisper and Gemini) that incurs immediate hardware and processing costs, we operate under a strict, usage-based refund policy.

Merchant of Record: All refunds are processed and issued by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for refunded funds to appear in your account.

1. The 7-Day Window

You may request a cancellation and refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. By using your first AI credit, you express consent to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that your refund will be pro-rated based on usage. Requests made after 7 days from the transaction date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Pro-Rated "Fair Usage" Deductions

To protect the platform from abuse while remaining fair to our students, all refunds are subject to a deduction based on the AI credits consumed. Since each generation involves high-cost neural processing (ElevenLabs) and deep analysis (Gemini), we cannot offer full refunds once credits are spent.

3. Abuse Prevention

We strictly monitor for "infinite loop" refund abuse. We reserve the right to deny any refund request if a user demonstrates a pattern of creating multiple accounts, repeatedly requesting pro-rated refunds, or exploiting the free demo limits.
